Character History: He is an evil, yet almost cowardly Death Eater
serving Lord Voldemort, but he values the lives of his wife and son
above all. Formerly a high ranking Death Eater, he is cold, cruel, and
extremely unkind. He is a discriminant person, especially towards house
elves and muggle born witches and wizards. Lucius was responsible for
the Chamber of Secrets opening in 1992 and the Department of Mysteries
scheme of 1995. Although he was one of Lord Voldemort's most loyal
followers, when it came to the final fight in The Deathly Hallows,
Lucius deserted the battle in search of his son Draco.
